Well, the combine week comes to a close. A lot of PR’s thru the week. Can not be more proud of everyone putting themselves thru this grueling week.                              Dead Lift: 405 pounds.                       Strict pull-ups: 17.                            40 yard dash: 5:33 sec.                     400m run 1:09 min. Sec.                  Push-ups in a row: 51.                       Clean and jerk: 185 pounds.             Clean: 180 pounds.                            Front squat: 185 did push myself.     Power snatch: 155 pounds.              Snatch: 135 pounds.                         Power Clean: 195 pounds.               Max dis. Broad jump: 109                Back squat: 285 pounds.                  500m Row: 1:31 mins.
